How long does it take to get my photos/video?
Typically, photos are ready for delivery with 2-3 business days. Videos take a little longer and depending on complexity are available within 3-5 business days. If you need it turned around faster just let us know and we’ll do our best to meet you deadlines.

How will my photos/video be delivered?
Finished photographs/videos are delivered digitally unless other arrangements have been made during the planning and scheduling of your project. Once everything is complete you’ll receive a link to download the files to your computer.


Will my photographs look as good as those on your website?
Absolutely! Our specialized lighting and finishing techniques enable us to bring out the details, colors, and vibrancy you see in all our sample images.


Who owns the photos/video?
Upon payment, a commercial use license is provided that allows you to utilize the photos/video for your websites, newsletters, marketing materials and editorial applications. The actual copyright is retained by Abacus Imaging, LLC so please check with us for additional license permissions should you wish to use the photos/video for major advertising campaigns or share them with third parties.


What if I’m unhappy with my photos?
Abacus Imaging provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all work that we do. If there’s something you’re unhappy with let us know. We’ll fix it, reshoot it, or refund your money in full.


What is your rescheduling policy?
We understand that there may be times that it becomes necessary to reschedule. Should an occasion arise where you need to cancel or reschedule we request notification at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
